In 2023, Zack and Carly helped 52 home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, totaling over $41,00,000 in sales. Additionally, they earned numerous top agent awards including ranking in the top half of 1% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate agents worldwide.

Whether it’s buying or selling condos in the city market, or assisting clients in the Greater Boston suburban market, Zack and Carly have a passion for going above and beyond for they clients. Clients consistently note their strong communication, responsiveness, and market knowledge.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Zack was a buyer for HomeGoods, where he selected, negotiated, and purchased inventory for the national chain. Zack leverages his strong negotiating skills and his ability to work in dynamic markets to help his clients navigate the competitive real estate landscape.

As a property owner in Boston, Zack understands what it’s like to buy in a competitive market. He lives in West Roxbury with his wife, Katie, their daughter, Eva, and their dog, Eddie. Prior to West Roxbury, Zack and Katie lived in South Boston for 8 years.

Zack is a graduate of Westborough High School (’06) in Central Massachusetts. He majored in Psychology at Bates College (’10).

Zack has a passion for neighborhood development and especially loves seeing the Boston restaurant scene grow. When he’s not working, Zack spends his time attending concerts around the city and visiting Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard.

Prior to joining Zack at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential, Carly gained 3 years of experience in real estate at Redfin, where she worked with buyers across the Greater Boston area.

Carly is a homeowner in Wellesley, where she lives with her husband, Tyler, and their dog, Henry. Prior to Wellesley, they lived in South Boston for 4 years.
